* HOW TO PLAY *


To be played properly, this map requires the Quoth mod. Get it at:

kell.quaddicted.com

and install it following the instructions from quoth2.txt.

You should now have a folder called QUOTH in your Quake directory.
Extract the mfxsp17.zip in that folder. 
If you do not have one, make one, or start tearing your fingernails out. 
To make the skybox and models appear ingame, keep the folder substructure.

Next, start Quake. 


Recommended engine is Quakespasm, latest release works fine. Next it should run in Fitz.
I even played it with Darkplaces, which looks nice, but the map has not been fully tested with darkplaces!!
Play it own risk.

Once in the game press tilde (~) to bring down the
console, then type this:

game quoth
skill x
map mfxsp17

Then press enter.  It should load the map.
x = 0-3, 0 is easy, 1 is medium, 2 is hard, 3 is nightmare.

+additional heapsize settings, like -heapsize 64000 at your commandline.

...and this map requires the "dawn" skybox which comes with the Quoth mod and should load automatically,
anyway i've put the files in the zip, just copy the content in the env folder in your  X\quake\quoth\gfx\env folder.
